Resend setup

1. Webhook — in Resend → Webhooks, add https://mailshot.dev.forge.oxior.com/api/webhooks/resend with events: sent, delivered, delivery delayed, opened, clicked, bounced, complained, failed and received. Copy its signing secret into RESEND_WEBHOOK_SECRET.

2. Open & click tracking — turn both on for your sending domain in Resend → Domains, or opens will read 0%.

3. Replies — set INBOUND_DOMAIN to your Resend receiving domain (e.g. abc123.resend.app or a subdomain with Resend's MX record). Each email gets a unique reply+ID@ address so replies match the exact send.
